All surveys must be received by Go Montreal no later than June 1,2005 at 5p.m. Winners will be randomly drawn. Once prize will be awarded to the winner consisting of a one nights stay at the Hotel Le St. Martin in Laval. Enjoy a Friday or Saturday night stay in a Deluxe Suite valued at $250.00. Friday or Saturday night dinner for two at Restaurant Le Pirate de Laval gift certificate of $100.00. The total retail value of this prize is $350.00cdn. Taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable. The winner receives only the prize described above and not a cash equivalent. The winner acknowledges that their transportation to and from Montreal, insurances of any kind whatsoever and liability for damages by or to the winner is their responsibility. The winners name will be drawn randomly June 15,2005 at the BBG office in Montreal Quebec at 12:00 noon. The winner will be contacted by telephone. The prizes must be claimed within 10 days of the drawing date by responding by telephone or e-mail.
